We can visit you to examine the item(s) involved and provide an estimate as above.
There is No Charge for this verbal estimate, within reasonable travelling distance.
A formal written estimate can be provided for insurance purposes, for which there is a modest fee.
Upon request, we will send you details, of how to proceed with a DIY repair, which will include the types of materials (and
where to get them) and the tools that will be necessary, for you to undertake the job. ie...

We can advise on any furniture problem, this advice and instruction can be purchased at reasonable cost.
